Our privacy policy is
very simple:
We will never share or sell any information about any customer, ever.
Our return policy is to insure your
satisfaction. If you require a replacement due to damage simply return the item with a
note on the packing slip about the problem and your desired resolution:
replacement or refund - no questions asked. Please include your
phone number on the packing slip or note. Undamaged goods must be returned within three
days of receipt. Signed or personalized books may be returned unless
they are damaged or defective.
